We imagine that the manager was not able to establish ground rules and thus we, along with other customers were not given the best attention.
An example, no sugar was offered when coffee served and it took a while to catch the eye of a waiter also, the water we requested was delivered about 10 minutes later to the table next to ours!
Sloppy for a good quality restaurant!
