Told him I know next to nowt about Warhammer/WH40k but have always been interested. James pointed to two plain, unpainted, and only partially assembled units, and asked which I preferred the look of. I chose a Space Marine, 'cause those were the ones my old "friends" used to paint up and play with, and James very quickly got me started on assembling the model.
After that he took me through the beginning stages of painting a model (something I never thought I'd be able to do), GIFTED IT TO ME FOR NOTHING and my new boy currently looks as he does below!
Can't wait to do more work on him; I've got lots of ideas now, and I'm very excited about having this as a new hobby, as I can hyperfocus so easily when painting, and all of this is hugely thanks to James and my friend!
Fantastic customer service, very impressive collection of stock; models, books, painting equipment, etc, will definitely be returning again!
Huge thanks again, James, and we will see you again very soon!

My boy has autism but is always welcome with a smile, and his needs are easily accepted and met.
Cannot stress enough what a great representation of the company, James is. An absolute credit to the brand.

My wife and I stopped in on our way back to Texas since we were staying a night in London due to travel issues. We were greeted by James and within seconds, instead of feeling like strangers in a country far from home, we felt like we were visiting an old friend.
I hope to make it back to this location soon to hang out, roll dice, and in general enjoy great company while hobbying!
