        Front of optician section staff were friendly and welcoming.. Waited for 25 minutes after my appointment time listening to the actual opticians joking and chatting before I decided to give up and leave. Although given previous reviews it seems a waste of one's valuable time as nothing gets done.

        Terrible service. Wont answer the phone. My appointment was late without an apology and had no care or interest in my business. Unless!

        Not like it used to be. No means of speaking to someone unless you turn up in person and when you do there's a few staff, so no reason why they aren't picking up. ExtremExtremfrufrustratingespecially when you need to cancel appointment

        Shocking experience! Took my elderly mother to get her eyes tested. Not only had they lost all her notes but they told her to go to a and e , as they said there was a bleed behind her eye. After stressing to get her there, nothing found!!! Go elsewhere!

        Time to find a new opticians! I was transferred to Staines following the closure of the Egham branch. Unfortunately the high level of service provided in Egham has not been transferred to Staines. After 20 years with D&A and then Boots, unfortunately it is time to find a new optician!
