Service is terrible now days, hard to book an appointment, many different times to ring throughout the day depending what service you want, when you finally work it out, usually its too late and the nearest appointment is a week away, minim Time passes and you wait for that call, anytime between 8am and 6pm, if missed because you actually work for a leaving, then thats itring, repeat, and wait another week or two The surgery send text messages to phones saying when the surgery is going to be closed etc, why can they not implement a service that sends a text message alert 20/30mins prior to the call?? Just a suggestionhopefully someone from the surgery reads these...."!?

Was happy that I could make an appointment on the day however, I had to physically travel to the surgery to get one as from 8am that morning the surgery answer machine was saying we're FULLY BOOKED! Just a concern if people are unable to travel to make an appointment they won't get in.

This practice is a joke. I called today at 8:02am to book an appointment for my daughter and i was on hold for over 30 minutes. I hang up n called again and a answer mashing told me that they are fully booked for today. My question is what time do i need to call to get through cos 2 minutes after 8 is too late? Since covid started my daughter didn't see her doctor. Every time she has an appointment is at Ashford Hospital clinic. I know from my friends that they are seen by doctors from they practice. Why is deferent over here.

I am not one to normally leave reviews but I am soo happy with the service that I have received, especially the lovely lady at reception called Claire, she assisted me and made me feel at ease and she managed to get everything sorted for me in a very short amount of time. I could not recommend this medical centre enough.

The worst service I have ever experience in my life. The receptionist was not interested in helping, I called at 0800 and 1 second ( I was calling it all through the 0759 minute until lines opened). Sat on hold for 59 minutes to be told there is no availability. The recepetionist had no clue how the calls were taken and in which order and tried blaming Scarlet Fever. I have been with them for years and never have I got an appointment on the day. Dont waste your time. They're lucky it makes me give them 1 star.
