Alex and his team from SJ Smith in Staines helped me with a purchase after a bad experience with another estate agents in Staines. I can't quite put into words how helpful, supportive and patient Alex has been. He was my contact at every step of the way and went over and above to ensure we got to the point of exchange. I genuinely don't think the transaction would have happened without his input. Don't look elsewhere, SJ Smiths are most certainly the best Estate Agents in Staines. I'll be eternally grateful Alex!

After having our property on the market with a competitor for 10 months and sold several times but let down at the last minute we decided to change our Estate Agent to SJ.Smith. Alex and his brilliant team qualified the potential buyers prior to going forward with the sale. This made all the difference as it was sold, contracts exchanged and completed in six weeks! We were able to witness Brandon, one of the sales persons in a viewing and he was so enthusiastic and informative about our property the buyers were so impressed as were we. All our telephone calls were answered and if we did leave any messages we had a response back imminently. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, they are totally professional in every detail. Our only regret is that we could have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress if we had sought out SJ.Smith in the first instance.
