        Wanted to buy a small glass piece, but the staff member dropped it on the floor while checking the price and it broke. They didn't even apologise or offer a discount for the next item.

        Prices are twice the price of other charity shops. Gets more expensive evert time I go in, it's cheaper to buy new in TK Max!

        Prices are too high. For example yesterday I saw basic Tshirt from Primark where original primark price is 2.5, charity shop price was 4. All prices are much higher than other charity shops.
