        Kirk was quick to reply to my request. Communication was excellent with regular calls or WhatsApp updates. Tip Top did not require scaffolding on the modern three storey property (low ceilings). Instead, the team used a ladder and passed savings on. Video footage of the problem was taken to explain the issues with the roof. Further footage of the repair process was sent upon completion of the job. The job was done efficiently, using high quality materials. I would highly recommend Tip Top. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
