        Initially pleased with the work and the slabs and design looks nice, then after a couple of months reported one loose slab I was advised by them to wait to see if it gets worse but promised to fix. Later reported a second loose slab then another 2 on top of them and again chased to fix to no avail. Patio now how 5 loose slabs. gave up with the chasing in the end.

        Absolutely delighted with our new raised patio with steps to lower patio AND new front drive. Very polite, professional and fast. Special mention to the young lad, Ed, whom even the neighbours noticed, never seemed to stop. We were kept informed throughout and advice was given about design details (including friendly banter) but as far as possible they were able to include our personal touches. There were extra costs added along the way but these were discussed first. We added the front parking area to the job and price was agreed. A real transformation! THANQ!
