        The rights of those who have bought the parking bays are not protected. Our parking bays are often occupied by strangers and Concierge said they could do nothing and advised the victims to find a parking space elsewhere. We paid for buying our car parks but we have to pay parking fees when the bays are occupied by others. This often happens.

        Ideally located for links to London and local amenities, lovely development with residents gym and 24/7 concierge, the concierge team are really helpful and friendly. Also, great after care service and have found them to respond quickly when needed in a friendly and courteous manner.
