        I would like to highly commend Marcia from Ability Housing in Hillingdon. She is always completely reliable, dependable & works with clear transparency. Marcia is never late & never not turns up for each appointment. If she is going to be even slightly late or has to rearrange, she will always ring to confirm new time or date, and with good notice. If Marcia commits to doing something, she will always deliver & will always give reasons if she is unable to carry through with anything. For someone who suffers anxiety, I feel I am treated with the utmost respect & consideration. Its not often providers (even with mental health services),a provider can help improve a persons wellbeing by the sensitive, caring & reliability way Marcia conducts herself. It has been a refreshing and more meaningful experience as a result compared to some others I have experienced in the past. Thank you.
