I am stuck in my flat with a sprained foot/ ankle why you ask? Because A2Dominion have left our flats without a working lift since Wednesday & it's now Saturday! Even though there are two lifts in the building apparently it won't be fixed because it's the bank holiday weekend & the part is on order. A2Dominion care more about getting money than taking care of their tenants & providing the services they advertised. I have contacted the ombudsman for housing & social care as A2Dominion are very happy to leave people in their properties to starve & not be able to live because they're incompetent at their job.

Appalling I've had constant issues with anti social behaviour from a neighbour on off for over 5yrs now, trying to get hold of my housing officer regarding it is useless she seems to never be in the offices or even bothers to return any phone calls hence 1 star

I would give these guys a 0star if I could they don't care about their tenants what soever!! The contractors they use (TSG and PP) are total cowboys and have no care in the world for vulnerable people! The amount of repairs I have raised and the job They do is horrendous!! Meany to have a new door system in place to make thr building more safer and its taken them 4 months so far and still waiting for it to be active!!!
