        When we lost our dear mum in December 2022 she had already had a funeral plan arranged . Amy contacted us from Fs Smith a couple of hours later to arrange a date and time to visit her in Staines in her office . We found her very caring and helpful with great empathy . She showed mums plan to us and continued to organise everything . Making the process so much easier to deal with ,nothing too much trouble ,we are very grateful for so much care . Thank you Amy you are amazing .
