When I applied with Vida through my broker I came to Trustpilot and was so impressed with the recent reviews. But my experience was very very long I went through a lot of stress I feel like theyre waisting my time. I begged them to book for valuation as the builder was applying pressure on me they did it last week and then more documents requested I thought the wait is over but no still wanting more documents which I have already sent many and many times so fed up.

Absolute time wasters. They ask ridiculous questions, take 48 hours to respond or update small details, repeat the same questions, ask personal questions that do not relate to the case, then they turn around and refuse to lend after a month or 2, having excuses that they initially agreed on for lending. In my own experience, they took 1 month just to arrange the valuation, during that time, they asked the exact same irrelevant questions repeatedly despite getting the answers. They then refused to lend because the property was an ex-council despite being fully aware of it before taking the case. Avoid them if you do not want to test the patience of your seller and estate agent

Got a mortgage in principle all forms filled out paid fees and then you back out as unable to put my daughter on. However this we explained at the outset.
