ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! 800 down the drain with them and it's their fault! For the last two weeks, I have been going back and forth with them via email because my Retainers are totally the wrong shape and size. I can not even fit them onto my upper and lower arches, that is how wrong they are! I have been dealing with Sarah and today she said that they are satisfied with my progress and I need to wear my Retainers! I have mentioned and sent numerous pictures of my teeth and the fact that they are still out of shape after StraightMyTeeth said that they will be straightened with their videos! This is false advertising! This has not been met and they refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part! They are supposed to have a customer back in with them if the standards they set are not met! Please note Straight My Teeth I am not leaving this here! Absolutely disgusting service from them! I would not recommend them at all to anyone! Please be warned!

No one responds and I have paid my invoice and sent my aligners off in august in October they are still ignoring me. I have 0 confidence with this company

TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE. Not only is the customer service disgraceful, the service is dangerous. My teeth are significantly worse than when I started this process and having sought a second opinion, it has become clear that my smile projection would never have been possible without further dental treatment such as interproximal reduction. SMT have simply pushed my teeth outwards and they look awful. I now find it difficult to bite using my front teeth. DO NOT USE SMT - it is a total waste of money and will damage your teeth. It is irresponsible and deceptive to promise a result that cannot be achieved.

The ordering of the Aligners was a little difficult, time taken to arrive was months. Paid the full amount for the night time aligners for my daughter (monthly payment was an option) received all aligners, 22 pairs in total which are to be changed every 10 days to the next numbered aligner, submitted pics as requested for teeth to check progress, always the same general email back stating progress fine & to continue. At the end of the course both arches were still not completely straight, emailed the company to see what could be done, received an email back stating doctors agreed further alignment could be undertaken and refinement and would be in touch in a couple of days, heard nothing for 4 weeks, when chased the response was they were undergoing some major renovation so we are not accepting new orders at the moment and not doing refinement treatment. Please keep visiting our website for the update! Checked the website it said nothing of the sort! The course was followed to the absolute T and did not work! Do not waste your money for substandard results, clearly they are cheaper than their competitors for a reason!
