Scientifically calculated topping (2%) to pasta (98%) ratio per pot good taste let down by consistent stinginess with the toppings.

Have ordered a grande pasta pot on 2 occassions and at both times half of the pasta has been plain, not covered in sauce. Despite having given the pot a thorough mix, the pasta is dry and bland. However the sweet donuts and cheesy garlic bread were very nice and delivered promptly.

I ordered through deliveroo. The driver was there while the status of the order still said preparing. It took over an hour from ordering for it to be delivered to us despite our rider getting to us in less than 10 minutes after we got the notification he was on his way. We knew this would be the wait time but for our meal to turn up cold, the pasta undercooked and containing rations of sauce was shocking. It was super bland, the ham hock was more like bacon and in clumps rather than spread out in the pasta. To call this Italian food is insulting. Cant believe a service designed for takeaway is so slow and stingy. Will not be ordering from here again and will be telling others to steer away from it. You dont have to have any kind of skill or knowledge food to know this was not food people want to eat. My guess is the company is poorly managed and so this branch is poorly staffed and no one has picked up on it. Truly awful.
