        I just needed to know what to do if we forgot to put out our bins. I needed someplace to either take the trash or whatever because this is a house share and everyone forgot to put out the bins. So I tried the website and there's a place on the website to email about this but when you click the link to email it does nothing anf when I call the phone rings and picks up but there is no sound. I don't know how to get ahold of anyone here.

        I have the distinct impression that there is no inter department communication. The staff are pleasant but one has to send information several times if dealing with different departments of the council. Not very impressive. There are computers so why dont they check the computer- or is that difficult?
