Literally the most rude and awful People Ive ever come across, for no reason at all? Came in to return a parcel and the Sikh guy just came out of no where and asked me why Im wondering about in his shop. I was in the queue. Waiting. And I said return parcel. And he pretty much told me go away. Like literally said not now so go. Extremely rude. Never going there again.

I brought a charger for my phone from here charger did not work asked for refund they refused. Don't go to this shop horrible staff

Today I was to pick up a package that was delivered to the store 2 days ago. The seller lied to me that he didn't have the package though he didn't even check the packages or want to look at my confirmation. The guy does not understand English at all, he is not cultured and very rude. He did not want to give my parcel, but after my insistence he finally gave it back to me. He didn't feel stupid, not to mention he didn't apologize. The case will be reported to Ervi. This place doesn't even deserve one star!

As per every other review, very rude unhelpful men run this shop. And reading their responses to the reviews, their answer seems to be we are allowed to be rude when you ask us about an Evri parcel. I will now walk 10 mins down the road for essentials or a coffee rather than buy from these ignorant people.

Really sullen and rude people. They run an evri drop off point and they are so rude when taking parcels. I generally avoid the shop for anything else because they are very rude and grumpy at the counter. Dont know what their problem is. This weekend they lied and said that Machine wasnt working when in fact it was because they dont wanna take certain size parcels. We walked with a parcel to the shop -the shop came up as a recommended drop off point for the return with this retailer. It was less than a metre long but heavy and fragile. They said the machine wasnt working. So we walked the parcel back home and the following day we checked at the shop and younger guy there said the Machine was working but he obviously didnt Know what parcel we wanted drop off. So we walked the parcel back to the shop and they refused to take the parcel again saying the machine wasnt working! my husband challenged them and asked why they were lying. They admitted it was working and started to say that the parcel was too large. My husband had to insist they take out of tape measure and measure the parcel which was 80 cm long they had to take it but they did not do it happily. What a shame they are so untrustworthy and lied. These people took over the shop from the original owner who was such a nice man, had such a nice family was a pleasure shopping with him. These guys need some training in customer care they seem to pick and choose customers they wish to treat fairly. Worst of al the new owners cannot be trusted!
