My daughter is an adult and is autistic. She is very pleased when she feels comfortable to go into shops by herself . I arranged to meet her in Smiths in Staines a few minutes ago while I was in another shop. She likes to buy comics and when I went on to meet her she was upset as a member of staff had told her she shouldnt look at the magazines if she wasnt going to buy them . She was upset so I went to talk to him and explain her autism. . He said she threw them back and I said she would never do that because she wouldnt . I remarked that perhaps he should up his autism training . I notice he is supposed to have been talked to after a previous incident . He was very aggressive and my daughter was upset- me too . Please can you ask him to show some respect to differently ablef people ? Thank you

Nice friendly staff, shame the post office staff arent as good but WHS staff are good!

In Whsmith in Staines there is a baldish guy with long hair and glasses named Adam M, a sad individual. Very rude and has issues with his attitude which was confirmed by another customer who said that Adam was rude towards his son when his son asked for something the reply was something like "I already told you before". That is why Whsmith staines gets 1 star.
