        After a couple of visits I found the team totally professional, honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend them even though they couldnt retrieve any info from my burnt out hard-drive! Perhaps a lower charge for an obvious unsolveable issue as the charge is the same whether it takes an hour or 2 weeks?

        I recently brought a refurbished laptop from this company and Alex transferred all my data from my old laptop, loaded the software I needed and patiently answered my questions. New laptop works so much more smoothly and quicker, I should have looked to upgrade months ago. Definite recommendation for One Touch IT.

        March 2022 - My laptop needed a new battery and the space bar wasn't working properly. Alex was really helpful and fixed it quickly. It's great to have high quality IT professionals locally who can fix this kind of thing with no drama. I would definitely come back and would recommend to others. Update August 2022 I used One Touch IT again this week for a different IT problem and was once again really impressed with the service from Alex in the Staines shop. He fixed the computer at a very reasonable price and really quickly. Total superstar!
