Posh 'n' Sparks Domestic Services

Rosemary and her assistant did a fantastic job on a home that had been neglected for quite some time. They put the work and hours in and and it clearly showed. I had to ask them to finish early as my young baby was eager to come home. I would love them to return as a regular cleaner and couldn't recommend them more highly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not recommend anyone use the company Posh n Sparks run by Rosemary for End of Tendency for a domestic clean. I chose this company for a one-bedroom maisonette because of the positive reviews I read online, which I now believe to be false. I did not receive the service that was promised and I am now having to pay additional expenses to rectify issues caused by this clean. It was agreed that Rosemary would collect and drop off the key to the letting agency prior to her providing the end of tenancy clean. When I returnedI discovered the following major issues: * Rosemary left a dirty used mop which was hidden in the bush in front of the house. * The shower curtain that was left inside the property (which belongs to the property) was taken. * A Drying clothes rack which was left on the side outside the house was taken without my consent. * Window keys missing for the entire property. * Received additional charges as Rosemary's car broke down on the morning of the clean (Uber charge of 15). I was only advised of the hidden cost after the job was completed, in the evening. The above is appalling and unprofessional behaviour for an individual who claims to work in the cleaning industry both commercial and domestic properties. My main priority was the missing window keys, which after communicating with Rosemary. She confirmed it 'may' have been thrown away. Why on earth would window keys be disposed off?As a matter of fact, why would any item of the property be taken or disposed of useless authorised to do so. This now has a cost and unnecessary work at my expense, Oh and not failing to mention the stress and anxiety it has caused me. Rosemary at Posh and Sparks has no regard for the service she is providing, the client, property and belongings. She has shown unprofessionalism in taking and throwing away items and having the audacity to invoice uber costs due to her own personal issue, all without my prior consent and authorisation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used this company some time ago and had failed to write a review. This evening I was looking through my notes and realised I hadnt updated google with a review on Posh n Sparks. Service: Deep clean

We hired Posh n Sparks to do a deep clean of our home before our newborn arrives. Rosemary was very responsive and prioritised the work despite the short notice. She and her daughter did a thorough job and our house had never been this clean, not to mention that our oven looks like new and we even had a friend commenting on this :) ! They are so friendly and warm and we felt very at ease with them helping us. We will definitely be using their service again for housekeeping and greatly recommend them to other people.
