The Willows Cattery

My cat Willow just returned home after spending 16 nights at The Willows. When I arrived to collect her, i could see that she had thoroughly enjoyed her stay, in fact she hardly greeted me as she was so content I cant recommend The Willows Cattery highly enough, thank you for looking after Willow so well. We will definitely be back.

Firstly shoutout to my lovely Jen for recommending this place. The process of booking a slot was so easy and straight forward. Natalie was so easy to communicate with. This was my first time ever leaving my little boy Milo for a week. When we arrived at the Cattery I was welcomed by Ian. He kindly gave me and mum a quick tour and I can honestly say that the place was a safe haven for cats. Milos apartment was spacious enough and it had all the necessities that Milo needed. Ian made sure that Milo would be warm so he turned on the heating. I got the chance to meet the other residence and they all looked calm and comfortable (also super ADORABLE) Leaving Milo for a week was a shock for me. I was in the right mess after saying see you later to him. However during my holiday, Natalie was an absolute hero for saving me from more tears, She was informative about Milos eating, behaviour and entire mood. She also sent me photos of my sweet boy which re-assured me that Milo was in great hands. One of the days was my birthday and Nat sent me 3 photos of him. I was beyond thankful. Also just an advice to our fellow fur Purrents, I left a jumper of mine and Milo was on it most of the time. I also brought his favourite toy which is great if its their first time. Please if ever you are looking for a Cattery, Check out this place. I am confident that your fur baby will love this place. I HIGHLY recommend this Cattery!

Ian and Natalie did a wonderful job looking after my 3 cats and at such short notice too! They are such lovely people. Highly recommend!!

Natalie and Ian are absolutely amazing, they care for each and every cat as if they were their own. They are also super busy so book early!
