Ordered vegan sausage rolls, when order arrived we ended up with meat. I've called over 8 times with no response and when I finally got through the woman who answered hung up when I was explaining what was wrong with my order.

A regular customer always go there for lunch, staff are the nicest people, fast service, always friendly and helpful, only disappointing part is the wait when theres one person on the counter and the line is outside the shop + when will greggs have more milk alternatives, they advertise soy milk alternative but dont actually have it.
