Used for the first time to order quite a few genuine BMW parts including coolant and CHF. I received an email the following day with an estimated shipping date and the order shipped on the date I was given and was received on the day I expected. Everything genuine and packaged really well. From ordering to receiving was around 1 week which when you consider the parts I ordered were for a relatively uncommon engine (BMW N54) I think is great.
