Dr Clarke was absolutely outstanding. He had a such confidence and patience especially when I felt so lost and alone, we dont always have the answers and dont know what to do . He made everything make sense to me. He didnt rush me, or promise me the world but he gave me the tools to do the job I needed to do to keep my little dog trotting along just fine. He gave me time, he didnt rush me, he gave me his experience and and I listened and thanks to him my little one is still here , happy and thriving with me now. Thank you.

Expensive, got the wrong diagnosis for a beloved pet which passed away and charged an 85 year old woman 2000 pounds for the privilege.

If you need to go out of hours make sure you are ready for a ridiculous consultation of 380. I took my cat I was there 10 minutes as she had to be put down extra injection of pain killer to pay for when poor animal was put down 2 minutes later. Nearly 800. Most vets waive some of consultation fee if your animal is put to sleep. Vet was nervous more confident in receptionist.

Called asking for help for a gerbil in agony. I was kept on the line and asked questions about the pet's name, colour and other irrelevant information. Dropped the call and drove to PetsAtHome where the Veterinarian seen the animal first and asked the same questions at the end of the visit
