Dane was recommended to me and Im so glad he was. From the first contact with Dane through to installation, Dane couldnt have been more helpful. I didnt have a clue where to start but Dane patiently guided me through a list of stoves to select the right one for my chimney . My builder was equally impressed. He intends passing on Danes details to anyone he works for who is thinking of installing a wood burning stove. If you want someone honest and reliable, Dane is your man.

I contacted Dane at West Thames Fireplaces to quote for an installation of a stove fireplace. The quote was the most competitive and the work was carried out to the highest standards. Both Dane & Troy were clean, tidy and very respectful of property. I would highly recommend their services! As for the duel fuel stove, simply lovely. Dane is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patients. He then installed my stove to a really high standard, and was clean and tidy throughout causing very little disruption while the work was being completed. A very happy customer who would happily recommend West Thames Fireplaces to everybody.

We recently had a log burner installed by West Thames Fireplaces and could not be happier with the service. We provided measurements of our open fireplace and were recommended the log burners that would be suitable - this saved a lot of time for us and was extremely helpful. On the date of installation, Dane and his team arrived on time. I was very surprised that they covered our sofas, tv, etc. to ensure they were not damaged by dust - this attention to detail was very much appreciated. The log burner was installed and Dane explained how it worked, as well as answering any questions I had. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend West Thames Fireplaces and would use their services again.
