My dog came in for a routine Spey. There turned out to be complications along the way where multiple parts of my dogs insides were knicked causing her to bleed alot. She had to stay at the out of hours vet for the night and most of the next day. The actual vet who performed the procedure didnt come and say anything to us after us picking her up to take her to the out of ours place but Vet Renee (sorry Ive if spelt that wrong) and nurse Emma did. Giving us all the information and were fantastic and kept me informed along the way and I cant thank them enough. You can tell how much they love the animals and the well-being of the animals is their top priority.l Thank you to Amy at reception for always helping where she can and having a happy cheerful face which defiantly helps brighten the mood of the place

We took our miniature daschund to the Staines clinic after calling them first. He had spinal surgery 3 months ago and the symptoms appear to have returned. Our vet had said should this happen he needs to be seen immediately. I was asked how long we would be, 30 minutes, and to come directly. We went and 2 hours later we walked out. Nobody stopped us or asked why we were leaving which makes me think that this is a regular occurrence. Nobody had the courtesy to tell us why we were waiting. There seemed to be a lot of staff on duty and not much happening.
