Samuel and his team provided an excellent service for our recent loft conversion and additional renovations. The team were always respectful and considerate, and Samuel communicated well and was keen to ensure we were happy with the work, often coming up with ideas to improve the design or solve any issues. He kept to the agreed budget, which was clearly set out at the start, and any additional works and costs were agreed in advance. The standard of work was high, we would happily recommend Samuel Building and we are looking forward to working with the team again on our ground floor extension.

Samuel Building restored our faith in builders. Sam was responsive throughout our build ( ground floor extension), communicated well regarding any issues that came up and helped us through material choices and costs. The finish was amazing, his team polite and snagging was done quickly and well. Its worth noting there was no hesitation to introduce us to existing or previous clients to get their feed face and visit the works which was invaluable. Delighted with the experience and our new kitchen diner. Look forward to working with Sam and team again!

We had a very good experience with Samuel Building for our loft extension project. Excellent project management from Samuel himself giving plenty of advice and consultation along the way, Additional works were always welcomed and any issues that arose were dealt with, without any fuss. Prices were fixed and deadlines generally met. Tradesmen were reliable and courteous and the standard of work was very good. We are delighted with our new loft conversion and the quality of work by Samuel Building. We highly recommend Samuel and would definitely use him again. Samuel was competitively priced and provided a clear plan and payment structure before the build which made the entire process easy to follow and understand. Samuel and his team take real pride in their work and discussed every step with us to make sure we had the best liveable space possible. They were always on time, extremely tidy, professional and friendly.

We used Samuel Building for a loft conversion in 2021. They were very competitively priced and offered us examples of their work to visit before we agreed on a contract. Once we were happy to go ahead, there was a clear contract in place with deliverables and stage payments once each of the deliverables had been supplied. Project was delayed slightly but at no fault of the team (our fault for choosing windows that were hard to get hold of!) and throughout the project they worked extremely hard, kept the place and surround tidy and overall we are extremely happy with the finish and standard of work. We highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again!!
