Our dog has been going to Nicola since he was a puppy and is so comfortable and happy when he goes. It's a fantastic set up, spotless, the groom quality is brilliant. Nicola always asks what you would like and treats your dog as her own. What I like is that she only takes one dog at a time so it is great for any dog who may be anxious or doesn't get on with other dogs. I could not recommend her enough.

I would highly recommend Almscliffe Dog Groomers. We have used several groomers in the past and Nicola is by far the best. She is very calm, patient and relaxed with my highly strung spaniel, who normally hates a hair cut! However, with Nicola he is much more relaxed and finds the whole process much less stressful. Nicola spends time on the groom and only has one dog in at a time. The cut is really good and the grooming room is always clean.

We took Charlie for his first puppy groom today. Nicola was excellent - v informative and we instantly felt he was in good hands. We picked him up after only 1 hour 30 and he looked great and everything was completed as promised! Great set up at her home, fully recommend.
