My contact Fiona was incredible. After I graduated, I was having doubt in my abilities and difficulty knowing how to progress in a job hunt that was going no-where. Fiona helped; push me to talk to people who could help resolve my doubt, develop a plan for my job hunt and build the confidence and technique I needed to present my better qualities to interviewers. I really think she was an incredible help when it came to me getting my first job.

I have been meeting Fiona (via Zoom) for post-uni careers advice regularly over the last 6 months or so and I can not recommend her enough. We have been working primarily on goal-setting and 'professionalising' an existing social media presence. Her positivity and knowledge makes the most daunting goals seem achievable. Fiona's coaching has taught me to approach my work more laterally, from new points of view and this has been paying major dividends when put in to practice.

I was delighted to be introduced to Fiona and RedCrest Careers through a trusted friend whose son had undertaken a Morrisby assessment to help determine career paths and A-level choices. My own son was days away from choosing his A-level subjects and had two clear choices but was unsure about the third subject. The Morrisby evaluation tool was valuable in itself to understand his personality type and aptitudes but Fiona's analysis and subsequent consultation was truly invaluable in many ways. We identified a third 'enabling' subject which complemented the other two but also benefited from Fiona's immense expertise on Apprenticeship programmes, university selection processes and work placements. Thank you Fiona and no doubt we'll be in touch again at the next milestone!

I'm very thankful for all of the guidance from RedCrest Careers. Working closely with Fiona, she has been so supportive throughout the process of preparing for university and made this daunting task more manageable. They're incredibly knowledgeable and a wealth of support. I would urge anyone looking at their post-16 intentions to use their services.
