Asked for an unusual log burner set up and they agreed to do as we wanted the pricing was very competative too, Steve did a fantastic job and we are now the proud owners of a new log burner, would definanty recommend.

Steve came out on a Saturday to look at our inherited log burner, which was smoking badly when we used it... Not ideal! He spent a good while explaining to us what was wrong with the installation, and how to fix it - and didn't charge us a penny for the visit. We ultimately decided to go with a new stove, and make the changes needed to the existing flue which would allow it to draw properly. Steve ended up driving half way across the country to fetch a key part he needed that failed to turn up in the post, and ended up fitting our stove when we were at work. Came home to a brilliant new stove, old stove removed and left in the garage as we requested. Brilliant job, thanks very much Steve, we are absolutely loving using our new stove!

He came out on short notice and replaced an old fire in our new house. Very clean, no fuss and very professional. Would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic service. Very professional. Extremely helpful. Made a marvelous job of our new mixed fuel burner..It's such a good job we are going to have another burner in another part if the house. Extremely competitive price. Highly recommended. And thank so much.
