I recently needed a wig for a special occasion, and Charles went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. Not only was he friendly and helpful throughout the process, but he also took his time to listen to my preferences and make recommendations based on my needs. He was knowledgeable about the different options available and I was able to choose a wig that made me look stunning. The quality of the wig exceeded my expectations and it really added something special to my event. I received lots of compliments throughout the night thanks in no small part to Charles' help. My first time with Charles, what a pleasure, he gave me all the time I needed to try on various styles of wig. So relaxed and unrushed. He shared all his expertise too which made me feel totally at ease. I ended up with the first wig he had suggested I try, he obviously has an eye for it! Thank you so much.
