        So disappointed, had a text to say taxi outside, no taxi !! Showed it was several miles away. Called to be told the taxi was a few minutes away, already 10 minutes late. We decided to drive as my husband was already late to referee a rugby match, called to cancel advised car was a minute away. Lady on the phone was very sarcastic, i cancelled the taxi and it was nowhere to be seen as we drove away.

        Turned up 10 minutes late. Car was filthy inside, windows steamed up as no ventilation on and driver not very communicative.

        Went to a show in Stafford. Stayed overnight at Holiday Inn at M6J14. Cab from HI to theatre, saw the show, had an excellent meal at Wetherspoon's Picture House and used same cab firm to return to HI. Prompt service and safe driving. Spot on.
