        First appointment at this doctors for dangerously high blood pressure. Arrived for my 12pm appointment for blood tests and medication review, booked in on the computer only to wait 50 minutes of my dinner hour then find out it was supposed to be a phone appointment!! How the hell can I send blood down the phone?? Now late for work and unable to have anything to eat. Good job I'm not coming in for high blood pressure........ oh wait.

        Great service, receptionist are polite, was able to get same day appointment and have frequently visited the surgery for prenatal and post-appointments. All the staffs who attended to me were awesome.

        Amazing service and staff. Calm, friendly, efficient reception, even in current climate. Receptionists/GP's/nurse team have gone over and above, in my experience. Well done all staff at Millbank, you deserve a medal!
