I came to Andrew with a problem in the arch of foot which had prevented me from running for several months. Through a combination of video calls, in person sessions and a phased rehab programme, I am now pain free and almost back to full fitness! After helping with soft damage tissue in my knee a few years ago, I decided to return to Andrew and Im glad I did!

Absolutely fantastic. Listened to me intently during the initial consultation, immediately clocked the issue and worked with me to solve the issue. Noticed results straight away and have noticed quality of life changes so quick as was struggling with headaches and back pains from posture at work. Will definitely be back if anything new arises. Andrew has massively helped me over the years with a lot of different types of injuries and through out my time with him I have always trusted his opinion and Rahab programs and always got back fit without and problems after massive help with understanding my body
