Started coming here in February after I received a sauna multi-session as a gift. Staff are lovely and friendly and always have a chat! I use the IR sauna weekly and the room is always clean and tidy, as is the room to the side for drying hair etc. I'm yet to try the float pod, but I'm booked in for the near future so will update! I have sciatica and fibromyalgia, as well as regular hemiplegic migraines, and since starting the saunas, symptoms of all have reduced! There's a shower in the sauna room for afterwards and you never feel rushed to shower and get out. Definitely recommend here, I'm now a regular! Edit: I had my first float here yesterday (15/4) and it was absolutely amazing! Took a little while to settle but I think I'll get used to it with repeat sessions. I suffer hugely with my sciatica, it's bilateral and goes from just above my hip down past my knee, and I've never found anything that fully takes the weight off, but when I came out of my first session I felt as though it wasn't there at all! I'm still feeling the effects today, I've not taken any painkillers for my sciatica or my fibro so far which is unheard of!

I've been got a float and for a Infra red sauna and cold water therapy. Mark is super helpful and the place is really great to relax and recover and well priced. Hit that Dopamine and find some balance. Look out for the offers in 2023
