Wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to! Absolutely shocking how u get treated once they take your money! Carpets were delayed by one week and the mess they left behind is unacceptable! I cut my finger open moving the off cut carpets in the bags as they put blades inside aswell! The fitters even left sharp cutting blades on the floor we have a child who was running around excited about having new carpets luckily I seen them before anything bad happened too him! Won't be ordering anything else from scs ever again!

We finally had our sofas delivered after a few delays. However, one of them was broken. I emailed the email address that I was given by the store and had no reply whatsoever. The staff in the store were not cooperative and they refused to listen to my problem. Luckily my step dad was able to fix our sofa, but scs did not cooperate in the slightest and were not at all interested. They are all over you like a rash when you buy a sofa but afterwards, and if you have any post sale issues, they are simply useless and do not want to deal with you or your problem. I wanted to make others aware of this especially if they have faults with their sofa, then please know the scs staff in store and totally useless.
