After a few communication issues Ryan went above and beyond to make good and we now have two extremely happy children. The ramps are very good quality and our children are very excited to use them this weekend! We would order again in the future.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY!! I was told the product (4ft parking block rail) would be shipping within a few days of ordering by the owner himself, which was great as the lead time on the website stated up to 30 days due to a backlog of orders. A few days after receiving a shipping notification the tracking number stated that the courier could not collect from the supplier. I contacted the owner to be told it would be shipped a week later as that was the next available collection date. A week later, the tracking number read that the delivery had been cancelled by the sender. Numerous emails and messages to the company have gone unanswered, leaving me without a clue when or even if my order will arrive. Luckily I paid by credit card but I fear for those who pay by debit card or otherwise. In summary a total shambles of a company based on my experience. A real shame as the skate community is so great and deserve better than ramp supply co.
