Went to get my car key replaced at Timpson Stafford Asda as it had snapped. I was greeted by a lovely man named Sam who dealt with my issue. Not only did he replace my key in half the time he said it would take he was incredibly nice and down to earth. He engaged me in conversation and made the wait go by in a flash. Very rarely would I leave a review but the level of customer service i receive made me feel compelled to do so. Would 100% recommend.
