Norton Property Management are great landlords. Paul and Mel were very professional and personable and the room we rented was of a great standard. They even arranged and built a new desk in the room to accommodate me working from home. The property's communal areas were kept clean and well maintained, and any repairs etc that we reported were dealt with quickly and efficiently. When we vacated the room, our deposit was sent back to us more or less immediately. Would certainly recommend.

Norton properties who are Paul Norton and Mel Norton of stafford, Staffordshire are nothing more than a modern couple guilty of committing fraud. If you'd like your deposits taken off you ( for which I had no explanation why), or if you prefer to be managed in an unprofessional manner then these definatly are the pair you should go for. I have been spoken about behind my back ( heard by other housemates, had my food taken from the property and removed without notice). They get their friends to do handywork such as the electrics, piping, heating ect resulting in a poor and sometimes unstable housing.) Although on first glance it seems to be all above board I assure you it is quite the opposite once you have signed your name to the dotted line. Other past residence have also had their deposits taken from them also just as extra attempt to squeeze the last cash from yourselves. Good luck
