Ian's Property Maintenance

I asked Ian for a quote on my shower, I knew the boards were leaking and feared the plaster was damp. I wanted the whole shower tiling but keeping my black shower unit. Couldnt be happier, Ian was very knowledgeable listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond, so I asked him back to fit another shower in the en-suite ! Thank you keep up the good work, excellent job

I have recently had some work done around the house/garden and moss removal (on roof) by Ian. He went above and beyond and did a lovely job, would highly recommend him

Extremely dangerous driver. He pulled in suddenly without indicating whilst driving his company van, forcing us to a hard stop. No apology just a scowl. Disgusted.

Used Ian's property Maintenance for the second time to remove the under the stairs cupboard in the kitchen to make room for our new american fridge freezer and we are very pleased with the results. Will post before and after photos. Just wanted to say thank you to Ian from Ian's Property Maintenance. My pregnant wife was about to start maternity leave and wanted a security camera putting up so she could see the drive when in the back garden, but I didn't have a big enough ladder. I called Ian and he was happy to help. He came out the same day and installed the camera really quickly. He swept up the brick dust indoors and left things tidy. My wife was happy because she could now see who was coming up the drive. Thanks again.

Laid some slabs for me. Put down 5 instead of 4. Laid out of line with existing slabs . Not mortared in properly leaving the end ones loose. After repeated requests and him promising to fix he never returned. Unfortunately I had paid in advance which of course he kept. Shoddiest workmanship I have ever seen. Customer care... zero.
