Littleworth Post Office

Terrible service, dont try to post prepaid parcels here else you will get tutted at and told to go elsewhere. Will never try to scan my prepaid parcels, but happy to accept ones Im paying for in the post office.

Very handy post office with late hour and opened on Sunday. I have delivered many times without inconvenience. I understand that if you deliver batteries or dangerous goods you can deliver only from the post office in Newport Road.

I went there today 13th June 2022 with lots of pre paid returns. There was a man behind the counter. I was trying to get my qr codes through my email for him to scan and he seemed quite upset with that. He told me that i should have done a screeshot of all the qr codes as i had too many parcels. First of all does it even matter how many parcels i bring in and secondly his whole body language and facial expression was showing how annoyed he was with me as he had to serve other customers to serve. This man is extremely unprofessional and rude. Will never use their service again.

I went to this post office . One of the worst customer service that i have ever received in my life. The person in the till, he made me feel like i was bothering him when in fact its his job to assist his customers. Very rude with bad attitude.
