Drain Doctor

I am having work done and slabs needed to go over a drain. The drain was in due to a previuoslt built extension to the house. There were previuosly 3 pipes going into it, now only one but the drain was blocked with food etc and needed clearing before the work could continue. I rang at 2pm on a Thurday. 9am the next day Matt came round. Texted me 30 mins before. Turned up , surveyed the job, gave a price, sorted it, explained what he did and left. An absouloutely top service. No messing, stuck to the promise and delivered. Boom!

I have found the services of this company and the Operative Matt to be excellent. He listened to the symptoms of the problem and quickly got to work to resolve the problem for the young family living in the property. The problem was resolved within a few hours and Matt was able to show me on the camera what the probable cause of the difficulty was and pointed me in the direction of Severn Trent. Technician arrived within the hour and quoted for the job. Excellent job done to get multiple drains flowing again and left with options going forward to get permanent solution. Professional, patient and competent.

Matt came out within 30 minutes of my call, great communication and professional throughout. He quickly assessed, diagnosed and quoted. Job completed and good communication about further needs. A great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
