        I was scheduled for Christmas pictures and the camera didn't work. I was told that they would call me to reschedule, but I was left with Christmas pictures for my children.

        Went to renew my passport, the service was excellent. The young lady, Ally, explained everything, guiding me through the application. I was very pleased with the photograph and was asked if it was OK, giving an opportunity to have it retaken. A pleasant experience and would recommend it, worth the extra to have it done in one go. Received confirmation email from the passport office straight away. The store was very busy, but the young lady was very patient and professional. Thank you
