Matt is not only a colleague of mine but also my "Go To" for anything related to nutrition or bodybuilding. My personal goals changed this year and I decided To embark on my BodyBuilding Journey. Matt has been helpful, informative and patient when giving me advice or listening to my queries relating to injuries. He offered alternative methods and techniques that I incorporated into my training and my results have been incredible. Matt is always there to congratulate my little triumphs and is always genuinely happy for me! He is one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry whom I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and I feel really lucky to know him! Thanks for everything Matt!

They say you get what you pay for but that couldnt be further from the truth here, I have been trained by Matt for around a year solidly now and in that time he has helped me more than i could imagine, the time he spends with us in the gym is invaluable and the knowledge he has to go with it is outstanding. The main point with Matt is that this is his passion and has been for years and that really shows because any question you ask is answered methodically and with scientific proof to back it up. Ive improved so much this past year and cant wait for the years to come!

Ive been having Matt for around a year now. I started out at about 7 stone 4-6 pounds ish when I begun training. After a year of Blood, Sweat, and Gainz (as we call it). I am currently weighing around 9stone 3 pounds. I cant honestly be happier. I have hit weight brackets in terms of lifting I never thought I could hit, my personal best of 140kg on the deadlift I couldnt be more proud of. Matt has the time and patience for anyone, anything from questions about the programmes, nutrition, even general form of the lifts. All he asks is you give it everything youve got. Matt has honestly changed my life completely around, not only as my confidence in my body changed. But my confidence as a person. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a personal trainer. His prices are insanely cheap and seriously getting a value for money. I cant wait for what the future holds
