        Joined This Is Fitness back in April and was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. All the trainers have a wealth of knowledge and are always on hand to offer advice and help when you need it. Their enthusiasm is electric and it really motivates you to push your boundaries and hit your goals!! TIF is unlike any gym Ive ever been to before, everyone is happy and chatty and it has a real family feel to it. If youre thinking of joining or feel a bit unsure, just give it a go. You definitely wont regret it!!

        so my first week, I will do another review in a few months. if you really want to get fit. this is the place for you, very professional a great team and I already know I will get the results I want, first-class team who personalizes it for you. this is not super cheap but I could spend the same money in a pub on a Friday night, so we make our choices fitness or beer I choose fitness.

        Cant rate highly enough! Honestly with hand on heart TIF is an amazing PT gym with a team that truly reflects everything anyone would want +more! I was very warmly welcomed when I joined earlier this year and have lost over 20kg and really feel and look stronger/better both physically and mentally. From PT sessions, professional nutritional advice/guidance and additional classes through to massively enjoyable team events both inside and out of the studio! Theyve tailored my sessions when needed to help with back problems and even when I injured my ankle ligaments and on crutches they were able to ensure I could keep training and adapted for me! Moral support, highest levels of encouragement and motivation not only delivered by the team but also all the other members really is family in its own right! Thank you everyone! Col Lewis.
