        I just wanted some new glasses. I had been to one of Specsavers competitors and it was rammed and nobody took any notice of us. There was a man at a desk in the front of the Specsavers shop who immediately offered assistance. We were pointed to the display which was very well stocked. As soon as we had reached our decision we were able to progress our purchase quickly, easily and with pleasant attentive staff. There is no parking nearby.

        I have used Specsavers in Stafford for 30 years and always had excellent service. Very helpful, friendly and polite staff. It feels like they really care about my sight and I feel confident that they will spot the first signs of glaucoma which my mother unfortunately has.
