        He didn't answer emails or questions on the portal when we needed help. No follow up not even to ask how my partner is getting on... Almost 1500 in and absolutely no further in our journey. Missed appointment calls, absolutely dire customer service. My partner saved up a lot of money to do this and I'm absolutely disgusted at your service level. He is now back to square one And chronically ill. Don't waste your money find someone that cares about their patients not just the money they make...
