Rowley House Nursing Home

Well where do I start? The owner is actually shocking.. always left us short staff, never cared about us staff. He was only bothered about the money.. whenever we had an inspection we would be fully staffed.. some days we could of worked with 2/3 other days there would be 5/6 on!! I felt intimidated the last couple of months I was there! When I handed my notice in the manager was disgusting to me! Im so glad the home has been closed and the residents are now living a much better life away from rowley. Us care staff use to work so hard to make sure our residents was happy and got everything they need. The owner still hasnt paid us our wages from May 2022..

Absolutely shocking, no words to describe who awful the owner is to this place the carers are fantastic but unfortunatly the home has closed making us all redundant he has held all our wages and not paid any of his carers he also owes redundancy money which he has also with held, do not work for Taz aka taranjit Singh sanghera unless you want to be a run down volunteer he owes us staff thousands we have worked hard as carers to help him turn this place around and this is how we are repaid we were worked to the bone lots of tears to only find out he has no money to pay our wages, do not trust this man he is a con artist his not bothered about your loved ones his and there wellbeing he is only interested in one thing and that's keeping all his money and hardly spending any on the home or his much loved residents

Shocking!! Had to have my mother moved as CQC found the home had neglected residents, incluiding my mom most of the residents had skin fungal complaints through lack of personal care , all the owner is interested in is money even tried to charge for incontinence pads by producing an extra bill even though mom should get funding from NHS also hiped the weekly bills when we sold mom's house and had to pay private avoid avoid avoid this place it's like a 60s asylum inside they have now de- registered as a care home as its so bad ,I would not put a pet hamster in that place

Neglect. This is the only way to describe this home. Needs to be shut down.
