They steal pictures of nails for their Facebook from Instagram artists, sometimes even leaving tag inside pictures.

Waited nearly an hour from my appointment time for my pedicure. Eventually I was told to sit in the chair and put my feet in the foot spa. During this time the lady was very rude to another customer who came in with a photo of how she wanted her nails. Was told not possible and then some design books slammed down in front of her. One lady who had just finished having her nails done was treated curtly with no please or thank yous and then got very angry and nasty when she said she wasnt happy with the nails as wrong shape, smudged and rushed. She forced her to sit back down and proceeded to blame her for her nails being badly done. At one point I thought the girl was about to cry. All this time my feet were in the spa and getting more prune like by the minute. Eventually she came to do the pedicure which was rushed and not as good as normal. The colour was wrong and I was left with the cuticles on my big toe bleeding a little and varnish marks on the toes. I didnt say anything as by this time i had been 2.5 hours in the shop and had to get back to my car as well as seeing the way she shouted at the other customers I didnt want to face her wrath as well. 35 for this substandard service is not on but I paid it to get out of the shop. I removed the nail varnish marks on my toes and feet myself and will live with the wrong colour. I will go elsewhere next time
