Purchased my first vehicle with Chris, thought I was in good hands but I was wrong. There were lots of things wrong with the car (and lots of broken components) that wasn't in the description and I was not informed of, that I unfortunately discovered after the purchase. I was also lied to, being told there were two keys available and that the second key would be sent to me in the post. They kept telling me to wait for it until eventually they informed me it has been lost, and I was not offered a replacement. So basically I was massively overcharged for what I purchased! Avoid at all cost.

What a genuine man brought my discovery sport drove home lovey beautiful cars not pushy at all unlike most places I drove all the way from Sussex and couldnt be happier thank you so much

We purchased a vehicle from Chris and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. We had the car the day after signing for it after having put a full years MOT on, and getting my finance monthly payments down significantly. Chris was available at all times with any questions we had and I would honestly never recommend buying a vehicle from anywhere else. Would give more than 5* if I could!

In the last couple of days, I purchased a Volvo from Foxearth situated in Stafford, having spotted it for sale, noting the fair price and reviews, prompting me to drive up from Warwick to take a peek. During the lead up to my purchase I made something of a pain of myself, constantly asking questions about the vehicle, warranties, part chop, finance etc. Despite Chris (the owner) being away on holiday with his family, and despite the car I was after not having a high price tag, and despite my barrage of concerns and questions, he contacted me several times to answer all my questions calmly, in detail, and, I may add with commendable patience. I was not pressured in any way, and upon his return enjoyed a test drive before making the decision. Everything was explained during the purchase process and available options advised upon. I've now done just over 200 miles in my new XC90 and love it! There have been no niggles to date. Really appreciated the laid back, calm, friendly and no pressure approach. I will be continuing to use Foxearth ongoing to keep my new car serviced. Cheers Chris.
